Individual Services

Course terms and conditions

  • Students registered for the BDE Course must complete 20 + 10 hours of online digital instruction and 10 hours of in-car sessions. Completion certificates are issued after a passing grade of 70% in the online BDE Course and successful road test completion.
  • All BDE Course fees are non-refundable. In-car lesson appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or the full lesson payment will be charged.
  • Students must successfully complete the course within one year of the starting date and protect the user ID and password provided for the online course.
  • Road-test packages allow roughly one and a half hours from reporting through test completion. If delayed beyond that time, students are charged $1 for each additional minute.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a test when a student chooses not to proceed close to the test date. Packages without certification may only be refunded within the first lesson if the student is unsatisfied; no refund is available after the second lesson.
